Rustic Lodging Near Fredericksburg, TX

Experience rustic lodging and true Texas hospitality at our owner-operated B&B, centrally located in Gillespie County and near Main Street Fredericksburg, Texas (less than 10 minutes away). Our private, rustic cabins are a true hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country. With wide open spaces, starry skies, and personal touches that will make you feel right at home, you will be kicking up your feet and relaxing in no time.

Each cabin is uniquely decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home including linens and toiletries, a small kitchenette, rocking chairs on the front porch, and more! The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, flatware and cooking utensils, and coffee maker (stocked with locally roasted coffee). Upon check in guests are provided with homemade granola and baked goods, a fruit basket, and yogurts for snacking or a light breakfast.

Four couple’s cabins (Retreat, Hill Country, Cowboy, and Windmill) each have king-sized beds and a front porch with two rocking chairs. Two larger cabins, Wrangler and the Little White House, are great for couples but can also sleep up to six guests for a cozy getaway with family or close friends. The Wrangler has a queen-sized and full-sized bed on the lower level and two twin beds in the loft. The Little White House has a queen-sized bed and queen pullout sofa on the lower level and a queen-sized bed in the loft. Both cabins have larger shaded front decks with gliders and adirondack chairs to enjoy the views together.  All of our rustic lodging is decorated with works by local artists, unique Hill Country touches, and personalized touches to make your stay unforgetable.

The shared “guest corral” in front of the cabins is equipped with a fire pit (fire wood provided in good weather) and a propane grill for guest usage. Picnic tables and adirondacks are perfect for hanging around the fire and stargazing all night.
